Kasich Promises New Prevention Program

State officials announced a series of heroin busts in southern Ohio Wednesday on the same day Gov. John Kasich called abuse of the drug one of the major problems facing the Buckeye State. Investigators arrested 39 individuals in Pickaway County for trafficking heroin and other drugs supplied largely by the Columbus area.
